We want each Felt-o-rama customer to be delighted with their purchase!
If an item does not meet your expectations, please return it within 30 days of the original purchase for an exchange or full refund. Please include a copy of the original invoice with all returns. All items must be returned in their original state. Fabrics must not be cut, dyed, or washed from the original state. Shipping charges are not refunded for returns or exchanges, except in the case of incorrect or damaged products. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for exchanges.
If you feel that you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the order. If you received an incorrect item, we will promptly send you the correct item or issue you a full refund after you have returned the incorrect item. If you receive a damaged item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
