| How do I check my order status? |

If you are a registered customer, click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order status. After logging in to your account, select "Review orders / track packages".
If you are not a registered customer, please contact us for your order status. |
| Can I modify an order after it is placed? |

Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours, if you need to modify your order. Please note that orders cannot be modified once an order has shipped. |
| My order never arrived. |

If you are a registered customer and your order was shipped within the US, click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order status. After logging in to your account, select "Review orders / track packages". If your order displays a tracking number, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact us for assistance.
If you are not a registered customer or your order was shipped outside the US, please contact us for your order status. |
| An item is missing from my shipment. |
