Are fabric swatch colors accurate?
  Color and texture are very important in the selection of fibers and we take pride in our images. We scan and optimize each swatch to ensure that it accurately portrays the fabric. Due to the large variation of monitors, video cards, operating systems, and internet browsers, we can not guarantee the colors displayed on our site. Please contact us and we'd be happy to answer any questions about an item's color or scale.
Do you have a store where I view products in person?
  Felt-o-rama is exclusively an online store and does not have a physical storefront.
Do you offer wholesale product pricing?
  Felt-o-rama specializes in retail sales only and does not offer wholesale pricing at this time.
Do you provide felt samples?
  Yes! Though we strive to accurately photograph and describe our felt, sometimes only an actual sample will do. Felt samplers containing 3 swatches of your choice are available for $1.99 with free shipping. Each swatch is 2" x 2".
Is fabric yardage cut in a continuous piece?
  If you order multiple quantities of 36" or 72" wide felt fabric, the yardage will be cut in a continuous piece. All felt squares are sold individually and are not cut in a continuous piece.

For example:
  • If you order 3 quantities of 1 yard of 36" width felt, you will receive a single piece of 3 yards of 36" width felt.
  • If you order 2 quantities of 1 yard of 72" width felt, you will receive a single piece of 2 yards of 72" width felt.
Is felt machine washable?
  Though the manufacturer recommends dry cleaning, wool felt and wool blend felt is machine washable. However, please note that machine washing will result in a change in texture and possible shrinkage. If you plan on machine washing felt, be sure to PRE-WASH and air dry before cutting and sewing.Take a look at our blog article containing before and after photos of machine washed felt.
