Can I send a gift order?
  Absolutely! During the checkout process, please specify that the order is a gift in the order comments. You are welcome to include a message for the recipient in the order comments. We will include your special message and ensure the invoice is excluded from the package. We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

When will my order ship?
  Your items are packaged with care and shipped as soon as possible, normally within 2 business days.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive confirmation and tracking information via email.  After placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order status. After logging in to your account, select "Review orders / track packages".
What are my shipping options?
  Shipping within the US:
USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 days

Felt-o-rama ships all orders via USPS Priority Mail within the US. Priority Mail ensures that customers receive their items quickly, safely, and have the ability to track package delivery. Exact shipping charges are calculated based on order weight.

Shipping outside the US:
USPS Priority Mail International: 6-10 days
USPS First Class International: 10+ days

Overnight shipping is available by request. Please contact us if you require expedited delivery.
How much will shipping cost for my order?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered shipping method options and associated prices.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by your government. Felt-o-rama does not charge these fees, and we have no control over the amount of the fees. All such fees are your responsibility, and are not included in the shipping charges quoted to you. Please contact your customs office for information.
Do you ship to my country?
  We ship to numerous countries around the world. To determine if we ship to your country simply add an item to your cart. Next, you will be able to select your country from the drop-down to estimate shipping costs. Contact us if your country is not list and we will gladly add it for you.
